In order to enable the FINMA to seamlessly check the licensing and membership obligations of financial intermediaries pursuant to the GwG, the self-regulating organisations must maintain lists of:
- their member financial intermediaries, and
- persons whom they refuse to have as members.
The lists as well as any possible amendments thereof must be forwarded to the FINMA.
